Thanks Charon and Spirit Gayle…I love painting, keeps me sane, something I’ve found over the past few years…who needs the rat race 🙂 (Though some of my paintings are a bit…weird…)

Mom is such a great subject, so much character in her face. Gandalf used to get up into her chair, much to her amusement. But he’d always wait till she gave him permission. Talking about him gives her stuff to say to the myriad of people who pass through her door.

(I’m glad he hasn’t tried that since all the operations, and perhaps luckily we got mom a new chair, so those memories are buried a bit.)

Ha! Judy, yes, just sometimes there’s a little sliver of PLEASE DON’T MAKE ME SAY THIS AGAIN but I try to think Buddhist and remember that anger begets anger etc… and let it go. There’s no mean intent, just love for Gandalf…

Baby’s Grandma is the same? Well…to Baby’s grandma from us…KEEP IT TO YOURSELF JUST THIS ONCE 🙂 PLEASE…

Oh well. The honesty of the grammies is sometimes refreshing in a funny kind of way. At least we know where we are!
